Russell was born and raised in Lufkin, TX. After high school graduation in May of 2002, he enrolled in Blinn College in Bryan, TX. Afer two years at Blinn, Russell transferred to Texas A&M University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Leadership and Development in 2007. That same year he started with Balcones Resources and transferred to the Austin Shred team in January 2008.

Liz was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley (San Benito, TX). She relocated to Austin with her husband, Leo and daughter, Kamryn in 2006. Liz was a full time stay at home mother for several years and decided to re-join the workforce with Austin Shred in 2008. Liz brings a medical administration background to her experience as the office administrator for Austin Shred. Liz is responsible for keeping our office environment ronning smoothly but her primary focus is providing a happy and personalble experience for each customer she works with.

Rodobaldo (Baldo) was born and raised in Pinar del Rio, Cuba. He immigrated to the United States when he was 11 years old. He graduated from Anderson High School in 2003. Baldo is married to Yarelis and has a daughter, Stephanie. Baldo started with Austin Shred in 2007. Baldo's focus is completing his routes in a timely manner and complete customer satisfaction.

Greg was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Nimitz High School. His previous experience was with Silver Eagle Distributing. Greg is a part time comic and performs at comedy clubs around Austin in his off time. Greg is also a part time college student, working toward his Psychology degree. He married his wife, Rachel, in 2008 and as of yet they have no children. Greg's focus is learning the Austin market and serving his customers an freindly, laughing and efficient way.

Jorge was born and raised in Canoga Park, California. He graduated from Cleveland Grover High School. At the age of 18 Jorge owned an auto detaling business and was attending trade school for air conditioning, auto mechanics and auto technician. Jorge then worked for Woodland Hills Equipment Rentals for 5 years and managed a 9 man crew. After the equipment rental business, he drove a car hauling truck cross country for 2 years. In 2009 Jorge moved to Texas and secured a position with Austin Shred where he can fully utilize his driving and customer service skills.

Jerry and his girlfriend, Tiffany, have a son, Dominic, who was born in 2007. Jerry's goal at work is effieciently managing the destruction processing plant and ensuring all contact with customers is pleasant an helpful.
